A supercapacitor is an energy storage component used for pulse power, repeated cycling and short-duration backup. The best fit depends on the load and usable voltage window.
What is an EDLC or ultracapacitor?
EDLC means electrochemical double-layer capacitor. Ultracapacitor is another commonly used term for a supercapacitor.
What voltage and capacitance ranges are available?
